Medical is terrific, commission plan is excellent along with other benefits is very competitive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New employee coming with less experience but get bigger salary than old employee with 19 years working in Anritsu. I feel very sad, That is why a lot of people left Anritsu.

improve the coverage of the Dental Plan and fully offer the health plan (currently the plan is partial -50%). Another point is to improve the cost allowance for those employees who use their cars to serve the customer (Anritsu does not offer help with vehicle maintenance).

Inflation is much higher than pay raise percentage

Compensation is below what I could make elsewhere, but not by an extreme amount. With housing prices around the area rising it would make sense to increase pay to counter this trend.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's a vast and complicated multi-national organization. Trying to find the correct person to get a question answered is a frustrating task since the Org charts are so out of date that they are not only useless but impossible to find altogether. It should be mandatory to review/update monthly
