They need to focus on the PEOPLE. The PEOPLE are the core of the company, due to the fact that they are the ones doing the busy work while leadership just comes up with ideas that are not realistic but expect the PEOPLE to manage, handle and execute, with either little to no training or no HELP.

We are unpaid tremendously, we are over worked over 100 hours in 2 week if not more. Incentives are not pleasing. NO CREDIT DUE when its needed. Bonuses for the hard work for employees would be helpful. Getting the recognition that is needed. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

When you display the ability to do things others cannot do, you are given more work without additional compensation. Our bonus program is not additional compensation, if additional work given detracts from making bonus goals set.

The culture here is not pleasant. People are rude and not helpful. They are not inviting. No one works as a unit instead it is about my department or my area...not a team or a unit...or a company. Team building exercises need to happen. Its miserable coming into the establishment. Sneaky behavior.

Starts at the top. CHANGE OF LEADERSHIP is the only answer to fix a broken culture. The culture is riot in this building. I have never seen a company that doesn't evolve with the world. Not sure how this company expects to stay afloat without hiring to keep up with the demand. BURN OUT IS REAL!!!!

The company and leaders need to stop putting everything in their pockets. There should be annual if not monthly allowance to buy tools- drill bits- ect. Most the time they won't even allow you too expenses the tools needed to do the job.
