Pay was not sufficient to begin with for what I do, and with Inflation factored in the pay doesn't go as far as it used to. I have constantly tried to apply myself and been a very hard worker. I am constantly looking to grow but my Team and growth have become stale as of recent.

Do away with the grading AI. No work additions without additional compensation. Stop expecting salaried employees to volunteer for "opportunities" where they just work more in order to create a "culture". It's stolen labor. Fix your systems. There's no reason we should be without tools for months.

Changes are made without stakeholder input in many cases. The changes happen and we hustle to make it successful, but there is a lot of human emotional and social damage - trust that has to be repaired over time. Transparent, timely communication would go a long way.
