What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Executive leadership appears to be out of touch with your average subscriber and employee. Employees need better resources and support to complete daily tasks. The employment market in Nashville is unique and we need to adjust our salaries to retain top talent and to continue to attract new talent.

i think asurion pays below market rate the average senior fin analyst pays 102k according to glass door and fishbowl

The 3% merit increase seemed ridiculously low with the rate of inflation. Other entities I know of get a COLA adjustment plus a merit increase.

Some teams received mid-year increases because their management team fought for them. Unless a team is having turnover, compensation increases are not a priority. Stability and experience should be valued and rewarded more than it is. Pay is not keeping up with cost of living in Nashville area.

Right now the work load is great. Leadership is working to make this better. It is an adjustment period.

I don't feel like the business development team is competitive enough. When was the last time we won a significant RFP? I'll be out of a job soon because we won't have the meaningful clients.

Too siloed. Project managers can be better about fostering communication regarding changes to programs and ensuring key stakeholders are involved. My team does not have the appropriate resources to complete tasks at a high level. Increase my pay to market so I feel valued.
