I don't believe my pay mirrors my experience nor the experience of those around me

I feel like the recruiters are paid more when my team does most of the follow up work on the back end so associates are paid in a timely manner

It's tough work and with the time put in, I feel the comp could be more especially b/c sometimes clients do not pay on time which hurts my income b/c of a draw. So overall, a good base with less a little less commission percentage may be a better option.
