What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is very good and bonus is adequate. I would like to see some additional incentive opportunities quarterly and more importantly, opportunities to earn additional stock options.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing the new folks that are being hired and the market value, i am not being paid fairly and i have brought up few times. I like AA and would like stick around and don't want this reason for me to move forward.
