Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with autozone for almost 4 yrs I have been moved around taken off work because autozone wasn't able to accommodate my work restrictions after I fell off a ladder at my store that put me in a very bad financial debt and emotionally stress. I am an ASM making the same as some of the PAM'S

A reduction in fees for retirement plans and if you say hiring full time hire full time do not change it part time after a week
