Salary is right and health benefits are very good.

My base salary is near market-rate for Denver and the medical insurance premiums are covered significantly more, even for my family, than I've witnessed in most cases.

They are all extremely competent professionals but they are also very fun and interesting people to work with

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by several people on the team who would be working directly with me, so I already had a feel for them when I was hired. (It was not just an HR person who talked to me.)

My boss was responsive, easy to coordinate with and unencumbered by red-tape. We were direct and transparent, both directions.
