I think the medical insurance offerings could be better, especially for a company of this size. They only offer high deductible plans and frankly, that is disappointing.

The thorough questions to ensure that I was a qualified candidate for the position. The open dialogue which provided me and opportunity to see what was expected of me and the job itself. And lastly, it gave me an introduction to whom I would be reporting to and that was great.

The interview was over video so that helped me to get a feel for the person who would become my manager. We were able to create a rapport from the beginning. The interview process felt very transparent in that I was given information about when the decisions would be made, etc.
