People come first at Beiersdorf. They really care about the employees and put them first and it shows. while the LT could seem intimidating, they are all very approachable and authentic. It's a very open environment where opinions are welcome and differences are celebrated.

the freedom to do my daily tasks as I see fit, which leaves room for any emergency that arises to complete ASAP
