What is the best part about your compensation package?
it's fair and adjusted based on performance

The retirement package is good, particularly the 401k match. Other compensation including salary & bonuses have been good.

I feel like the compensation is equitable to market and is linked to performance (individual and company).

There are several attractive parts of my compensation package including a 9/80 work week (every other Friday off) a range of good health care plans to serve a wide range of employees with different family and health situations, and generous base compensation packages with possibilities for bonus

Bell employees are truly part of a team with the same purpose in mind. The work environment at Bell is friendly and inclusive but also lots of fun! I love coming to work each day to interact with my team to accomplish our common goals. I am an Army veteran and Bell really supports veterans.
