There's so many! Including they take care of us with so much. Big Leap is extremely generous.

What do you like best about your company?
I love that there is a culture of trust at our company. No one freaks out if you need to work from home to help out with family. There's no micromanaging, just trust and forward progress. It's unlike any other work environment I've been in and it's one that I'd like to stay in for a long time!
