Not even speak to them because people are not allowed to do things and in my job like socialize with other coworkers they just want us working 100% of the time

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bonuses and future growth are solely based on sales or identity. I have seen bmo lose talented employees by over working and under delivering promises. Telling 4 people they are next on the list then to hire outside of the company. The quickest to move up is to complain the most or have sob storie
