What do you like best about the leadership team?
My experience with leadership is that they are always open to feedback and genuinely want this to be a great place to work - something I've rarely encountered in my professional life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with really nice people. Being kind is a C Space value and it shows. Most of my colleagues are also smart and collaborative, but being kind goes a long way and ultimately makes for a better place to work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with several people and was able to hear different perspectives on the company. Most were long-term employees so it was a great to hear about the path each one had taken from their initial roles to their current ones, which made it clear this is a place where people can grow.
