Seeing the smiles. That's my favorite part about a job well done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. We're sold on the model of what C Space wants to achieve so that makes meeting with anyone here a meeting about reaching a common goal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sounds terrible to say, but everyone here is extremely bright, motivated, and committed. Unfortunately not an observation I've made at other large corporations I've worked with. And C Spacers tend to just be cool folks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The easiest way to say this is that I've answered truthfully all the questions here and gave them a 10. The pandemic has been crazy to navigate for all of us, but for managers it's been particularly difficult. C Space management has led by example and with a great deal of communication.
