The people and going into the office to collaborate with others

Everyone is on the same page as me and I feel that C Space genuinely tries encourage a culture of inclusivity

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they show up to the office in person and they don't make themselves feel like they are above anyone, but equals

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

While the wages at C Space could be a bit more competitive, I do feel like the company makes up for this in its culture and the people who work here. There's something priceless about getting to work with your co-workers who are also friends outside of work
