I have been with C Space (formerly Communispace) nearly ten years. I have worked in various roles/departments to find the best fit for my skills and passions. There are so many opportunities here; I am always learning, meeting people, and given opportunities to try new things.

I love my team! They are smart, fun, and so supportive and understanding. We help each other and are truly a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all have a range of experience across the company so they understand the work, the roles, and the needs if individuals as they were in these roles prior to to their leadership roles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is a diverse group of men and women from across all departments who meet regularly and communicate objectives, goals, and important updates with the company. I like the mix of people represented and that there is transparency.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is amazing. I have been with the company for more then a decade and that is truly bc of the people and culture. From a compny jam band to planned volunteer days to many in person relationship building opportunities- incredible culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super collaborative, honest, and everyone is always willing to lend a hand, brainstorm together, help one another. I feel very lucky to work on a team with such diverse talent, so much warmth and with a 'we are in this together' spirit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company values were created by US, the people at the company. And there are so many opportunities to meet others and experience different things. From CSR initiatives to our company jam night to culture committee events throughout the year, we put effort and investment in time spent together.
