What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always looking ahead and isn't afraid to admit mistakes to improve. Their DEI initiatives are cutting edge and they are clearly focused on building a company of the future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish sector team's were valued differently. I work on highly technical accounts that require a unique skill set and subject matter expertise. Its frustrating to be graded against peers who are unable to do the type of work I do yet are compensated the same as me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have super supportive teammates and a great set of tools to do my work. C Space makes it easy for me to do as much as I can for clients and those clients appreciate that in turn. Even on busy days I leave work feeling excited and happy with what I've done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
C Space is made up of incredibly smart, caring, and driven individuals. They push you to be the best you can be while giving you full support to do so. More than that though its just a good set of people who really do want the best for those around them. C Space has really remarkable people.
