Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For cities like Boston, NYC, entry-level salaries are pretty low, and we are not eligible for extra-hs pay.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Door ir open, even with virtual scenario in the middle. I feel everyone is approachable and everyone pushes towards the same direction.

What makes you most happy at work?

To learn and grow, to tackle problems, to meet new people, to feel useful and collaborative, to be part of the change (at C Space, to humanize business)

What are some of the best things about your team?

Same as with leadership, everyone's door is open, and 99% everyone is willing to help. Virtuality does put some challenges at the time of asking for help

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think more and more people with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences are joining the company, and that is enormously helpful to create a great working environment. You learn on a daily basis and feel good about the people surrounding you.
