My experience has been great. I've been at C Space for 10+ years, and I stay because I have had the opportunity to reinvent role and how I add value. I have grown with the company; it has been a safe place to try new things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from my salary, medical benefits, and being bonus-eligible (as a VP), I'd have to say the flexibility to control my schedule.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team I lead and the work itself (i.e., designing the study, conducting the workshop, making a difference to a client, etc.)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. I've been at C Space for many, many years; but new hires will often tell me things like, "It's hard to believe but there are genuinely no a**holes here."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their honesty and 'mature vulnerability,' how much they care about our people, their vision and passion for that vision, and their commitment. For myself, I appreciate being able to be honest and vulnerable with them, in return. No BS. Very efficient, human and rewarding!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think lots of us would say 'I am on the best team at C Space,' but seriously mine is the best :). We care about each other, we are transparent and give feedback in the moment as a matter of course, it feel psychologically safe , we bring or full selves to the job.
