They work hard, they're friendly and personable, and there is a clear healthy boundary between work and private life which is respected.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are progressive, open-minded, willing to listen to their employees' ideas, and eager to grow even if that means making changes that can be somewhat challenging and painful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Appreciation is driven by favoritism and popularity vs. work delivery. Raises were held for over 40% of employees last year during the pandemic, even though our company still made a profit. Never any bonuses or niceties. Benefits are bare minimum.
