Transparency, communication, being kind to people, not be demeaning and demoralizing to employees, supporting growth for women in leadership, breaking up the good ol boy culture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay was significantly under market, no work life balance, equity, profit shares, being treated with respect, onboarding, true concern about teams well being and not their bonus.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of unnecessary politics, culture allowed for aggressive behavior, good old boys club. Promote women and transparency not just on paper but in real time.
