I feel like the leadership team truly values it's associates and tries to create an environment of success. There are a myriad of programs and learning portals to improve ones growth within the company. The leadership team truly gets it!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hired in new people significantly higher pay than longer term employees - pay inequity is rampant. PTO/sick leave is not generous. Leadership takes credit for work done by staff.

Colleagues are smart and want to work hard. Many are generous and kind. Leadership puts up many barriers to professional growth, however leading to people being disgruntled.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My leadership team at the DC i work at really care about everyone in the building. There is understanding and thoughtfulness in every decision.

I most enjoyed how fast they get back to you in letting you know whether they are interested in you or not.

I was hired the same day. My interview went great. My interviewers were very friendly. They actually wanted to get to know me.
