They seem to genuinely care about people over profit. Granted tough decision have to be made to remain a profitable business, but leadership does all they can to balance, and even err on the side of the people - without which this company would not be what it is.

Clear honest communication. I get the sense at least w/Pat he is being his unique self when communicating, which conveys honesty and I can buy into his leadership style.

An increased compensation and benefits (Compensation in other industries is usually higher).

I didn't receive much of a raise for becoming a manager and have been trying to make up for it; however, new bosses every year has made it extremely difficult to try to get raises.
