What do you like best about the leadership team?
The managers are incredibly nice in most locations, they are always forgiving and are willing to lend a hand. That is of course until corporate shows up

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are awful. Im not paid horrible but a little more pay would compensate for not having good benefits.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I like how fast it is, before the background check you will usually hear back if you got the job within 1-2 days after your interview
