They leadership team needs leader development. Not all, but most need development but HR doesn't seem too engaged to develop them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The DE&I initiatives that we're undertaking. We aren't afraid to have difficult conversations about hard topics, and we do the work to make Comcast an inclusive place to work.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick! I interviewed 3 times - hiring manager, a panel of two employees, and my team's VP. They were all in the span of two weeks and I received an offer quickly after the final interview.

There isnt much pressure so for work, stress is pretty low.

Leadership development. For management to be more understanding and caring. I think some lack emotions and may need to work on their EQ.
