I feel undervalued because I know people personally who have left got spectrum and are making 40+ an hour doing the same job. When we bring it up to our higher ups we are met with a "so what" kinda attitude. Some have even gone so far as to say "spectrum was hiring why didn't you move over then"

Typical corporate culture in the office. Not everything can be boiled down to slogan on a wall. Were in encouraged to be flexible but every other part of the company is unwilling or unable to do so. The most positive part of the environment or culture at my company is when i get to leave those guys.
