Taking care of its employees. Happy, well paid, adequately insured employees are happy with their company. Our Turnover is something they EXPECT...so they know we do not do a good job retaining good people. Practices are inconsistent at best and communication is non existent

We know what the economy says now. I've heard about pay increment for about 4 years+ but nothing has changed. An increment in pay would help a lot.

Company culture can improve with more fairness and transparency in promotions. Leadership roles should go to skilled and deserving employees. Extra efforts like overtime and working 6 days should be properly compensated with OT or double pay to boost morale.

Lack of motivation due to previously mentioned issues. Work is boring and I feel totally unmotivated. It's just a way to make a little money, not even what I'm worth, and I'm always relieved when it's clock out time.

I started at a physical location and have had no choice during covid to be work at home and the location is now closed. With no ability to get a laptop I am tied to my desk and home all day everyday not only for work but home duties. There are days I don't see the light of day.

The pay is the majority of the issue, second the micromanaging, third is the lack of good equipment. WAH employees should be able to operate with laptops and get approvals for them as they are more mobile and less constrictive. Another one is not being able to walk away for a break due to work.
