1. Salary is not as per market standard. 2. No onsite opportunity 3. Promotion cycle is slow

Since 2 years I am being told I will get promoted and just got to know that due to aqcuisition it will be postponed. I would feel better if I had a clear vision of what is ahead of me.

Base pay is low, promotions are highly political. We just promoted a product manager to Senior PM that has never shipped a feature because he is friends with the VP of Product. Our only Principle PM has never shipped a product at CSOD. Clear, accountable expectations would feel better.

Adjust to market value, I am paid on a PM level and not even close to a senior PM, very very frustrating, I love cornerstone and their mission, we really can help people but pay is a blocker

1. Open culture 2. flexible 3. No fuss around dress code 4. No strict login time ( though it is with some team ) 5. One can discuss openly with manager without any fear

People are just awesome... upbeat go-getters. I like that there are regular events like "toasts" to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, and "beach day". I loved the 20th anniversary celebration. I want to be in a "work hard play hard" environment. I hope that doesn't change.
