What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having Clear goals, proper treatment to each and every employee. No differentiate between people. New Leadership team is not efficient to justify the titles what they have.. They are not qualified. Even they don't have basic knowledge in the field. Current leadership team is worst.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Variable pay is not reliable. KPAS should be consistent, achievable, and realistic, but they are not. Lot of money to hire new staff but not for rewarding those who did the work. Base salary should be higher since not much is actually approved for variable pay.

Better perks, Appreciation, more value to the team. We are not getting proper hospitality from Leadership team or other teams. We expect more value and better facilities and tools.
