Having Clear goals, proper treatment to each and every employee. No differentiate between people. New Leadership team is not efficient to justify the titles what they have.. They are not qualified. Even they don't have basic knowledge in the field. Current leadership team is worst.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Variable pay is not reliable. KPAS should be consistent, achievable, and realistic, but they are not. Lot of money to hire new staff but not for rewarding those who did the work. Base salary should be higher since not much is actually approved for variable pay.
