For starters, listening to employees that are in the weeds doing the work would be very beneficial to the various teams and our clients. Secondly, truly investing in employees and showing that they mean something to the company is a must or the turnover is going to continue.

The commission bonus is my favorite!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been here for three years. Love what I do, but seem to make less and less money every year with taking on more work. Secondly, in the three years of being here I have never had a performance eval or yearly review.

Market base pay, progression w/in role, and pay based on area of responsibility compared to peers with same title.

Better pay, the market rate for other companies is much higher and for the location the pay is very low.

My coworkers always create a lot of tension to the point where multiple coworkers felt stressed and overwhelmed with and quit. That was 3 of them in one month, including manager.

Admin team and leadership team is ok at best. Staff are horrible, unprofessional, subordinate, minimum to no work ethic. Terrible, negative culture.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to fulfill the needs of the client, and placing a great HCP for them, an HCP who enjoys what they do and does an amazing job doing it, while providing for their family. Filling last minute urgent needs, I love that!

Communication from the top down on a regular basis and when important changes in the organization are made would be nice. Also, providing us with reliable resources that help streamline our workday would be very helpful.

Recruitment has not been in line for years now and we cannot be successful without a productive recruitment team.

We are micromanaged with unrealistic metrics when revenue drops. The metrics they require often times hold me back from doing my actual work that really drives revenue
