Thus far, they seem to care to keep the employees they have and work hard to make sure we have a career with Curbio, they don't seem to just throw us away in the trash like other companies.

Leadership above the RD level could be more personally involved, not all projects are perfect and we face many challenges with Owners and Agents. I sometimes feel that they do not have a vested interest in employee well being.

Transparency, organization, clarity on steps forward for improvement instead of blanket statements, processes that are established and followed company-wide so that there are not questions on how to execute

The pay is not matching up to the work environment, workload that is given. Working "overtime" is constant.

Due to the organization and shortcomings in processes across teams, many of us are hired for one thing and required to cover several other positions to ensure that projects are completed and customers are satisfied.

Since starting just about 3.5 years ago, I have yet to receive any raise (cost of living or any type) despite me having taken on new roles. That being said, I still love my job and Curbio! Hoping for a brighter new year to come.

Constant problems with sub contractors. More and better subs.

Need to pour into Operations and the technology to support the Operations team. They hire people with incredible ideas and experience but will not utilize them for what they hired them to do. They also hire people who have no experience or knowledge at all and there is no direction or training
