What does the leadership team need to get better at?
the managers (at my location) DO NOT know how to do their jobs! they don't solve any problems, whether it be a guest's problem or an empolyee's problem.

For the effort I put in my job I would like better pay and more appreciation from my manager

You're not eligible for a raise until after a year of employment, I started out with a pay rate 2 dollars above minimum wage. Not bad, not good. So I'm doing what I can to strive for more money!I could never love on my paychecks alone

Everybody is somebody is one of their for pillars. I do my best to put this in place as well as do most of my coworkers
