100% premium on medical, vision, and dental for me and my family

Compensation is good however leadership has not discussed opportunity for increase.

When including all of the benefits that DH provides/covers vs. me having to pay out of pocket and cover the costs myself, the compensation package is pretty fair!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel like I have a voice that is heard. Encouraged to be innovative, but it is not supported. better comp would mean to be increased.

I would say the want to accomplish great things and break the mold of traditional healthcare - even those who are not practitioners/on the healthcare side of things share this passion.

townhall meetings are well done, wellness is encouraged but to take a day away for yourself means just more work upon your return.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
DispatchHealth is growing extremely fast which creates an extremely fast paced work environment. It puts stress on Management who then puts stress on their employees. Doesn't seem DH Leadership has taken into account the effect the extremely fast growth would have on individual departments and teams
