I wasn't working for your company for over a year or so to only be miss treated disrespected underpaid not pay for a PTO I was too loyal to this company I would not recommend this company to no one and the district manager that you have is the worst of all

I was a manager there at the dollar tree it's not your management team it's more of your district manager that you may need to replace or even find a better one especially in Saint cloud Minnesota area
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I will feel better if I got paid for my PTO because I put in a two week notice and I'll work the two weeks and I feel that I should get paid especially when I was a manager there working over and beyond for the company there has been many times where I have done a double or even worked off the clock
