It started off ok it's a great job not hard to do the only problem I have is with getting hours and my pay isn't what I was told I'll be making.

Its very friendly and convenient
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough product being stocked too much playing around with one another and most importantly too much gossiping
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I'm not getting compensated nearly enough for my performance I'm one of the best team members at my location my work ethics is over the roof I put 100% into anything I do. When they need me I'm there I go from store to store helping with freight I should be getting way more than I do
