I love my job I just don't like the management it's under right now it could be way better but nothing is being done about it not only I'm concerned for our customers some of the managers won't speak up about it and the ones that do get told that they're talkin nonsense so nothing's being done about
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast as long as I have availability for them I was hired
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all try to motivate one another make the workplace that little more enjoyable to be at comfortable to come to another and ask for help
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not sure with the compensation packages cuz for some reason regular employees are only part-time we don't get the benefits which is kind of weird yet we do full-time hours most of the time but overall the managers do their best to appreciate us
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we're way understaffed and doing extra work we try to make the best of it you supposed to love your job and the team that is there I do enjoy it's just the management it's kind of scary to know what's really going on with what's being done there
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our manager is rude to the customers half the time if not all the time she's outside the sections in the store that she's supposed to be responsible for always get put on other employees to do if we we're doing her job we could get the rest of the store and Order how it should look
