it's overly demanding, to an extreme amount. it's affecting my mental health severely. the work of 3 employees put onto one. working 6 full days with no days off, despite wanting a part-time position. my till coming up suspiciously short all the time, despite me KNOWING im not messing up change.

the people there are nice enough, thats about all i can say.

nobody wants to come in, so as a new employee it's all being thrown onto me. just constant irresponsibility here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
it needs to get better at everything, i genuinely feel awful as an employee here. im stuck on what to do.
