I love my managers and I love my job but we have alot of serious problems in our store the associates are not doing thier jobs and our store constantly looks like a cyclone hit it.There are no consequences to not doing it right.They are throwing boxes full and all on the shelves instead of hang

We have good ppl working with us that don't mean they are good associates

My store manager and assistant store manager are awesome ppl that make it feel relaxing helps to not make ya as nervous
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all get along as a staff but some just don't do thier job.The managers do thier job but they are doing everything they have too much to do

The leadership team is awesome it's the associates that are the problem and the mngrs can't get a control bk over it there is stuff everywhere in our store.Im available full time I go in anytime I'm asked I stay over and go in early I unload the truck and I I run the register and do freight
