Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Definitely feel over worked for the pay. Too high expectations and physical demands put on employees by the Company for MINIMUM WAGE. I’d feel better about my Minimum wage pay if Dollar Tree valued the employees by Raising there?
