They only have 1 to 2 people on a register trying to take care of over 50 customers and not only that they have you doing multiple things around the store while ringing people up when your position is only cashier

Paid parental leave and communication and actual guidence from managers

Communication hardship and dedication towards the job guidence and awearness towards pregnant women and paid parental leave before and after childbirth
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To actually interview us or anyone that wants to work for them. The store manager never interviewed me nor gave me the proper training
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is key and that is what we as a team need to learn and understand so we can be a stronger and more better and put together team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
When seeing a pregnant women struggling to stand on her own too feet, because shes carryig an extra living organism inside her, to stop having her do everything in the store by herself and help out or not have her doig anything beyond her position
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we were paid enough had extra help and if our benefits were actually beneficiallll to us employees we should get 5 to 6 months of paid leave for pregant women because some of us is forced to be on bed rest but need money to pay bills while on leave
