I think they expect to much and pay to little. I feel they do not really care about the employees to put it in terms that everyone can understand they are greedy which is what is wrong with this world today too many people only think of themselves and not about others
What are some of the best things about your team?
The associates work together for the most part because the managers are only concerned with themselves and that's the full-time managers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do believe my boss understands what his employees are saying although he does not do much to help remedy the situation
What did you like most about the interview process?
As far as my interview goes my interviewer was very informative but could have been a little more honest about some things like the hours and the pay
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As I see it what's going wrong is we're not being paid and we're not receiving the hours that we should but then those that are getting the hours and the pay don't contribute a whole lot but it seems they get rewarded more
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an assistant manager part-time I must say I have no more benefits and not much more pay than a regular associate and everyday I see a full-time manager assistant manager that is that does less that gets more hours and more pay and benefits
