I really enjoy working for dollar tree. The only complaint I can honestly say is I wish they would give more hours. My manager came into a mess and is slowly turning things around for the better. We all have been working hard to fill shelves and get our stock reduced. Many compliments from customers

They seem to genuinely care about associates. We have a great crew so far.

We all get along ,give out compliments when needed, and overall accept each and everyone as they are.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I'm part of turning a store around when it wasn't doing so hot. I love improving things for the better.

Having a crew that get along is the best and so far we all get along. We all communicate and if needed help one another.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and easy. The district manager hired me. He was very professional and was friendly when I got to store to finish my hiring process.
