Not working with them they're garbage and never show up. Ignorant people
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing I hate every second this place is agonizing, they don't even give cashier's carpet or gel to stand on
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay minimum wage and go out of their way to give minimal hours. They offer no benefits. Managers are salaried and typically work 60 hour weeks 40k a year. More money more benefits all around. More regard for employee safety as well
