I work for the dollar tree on 90 Lakeview Ave the manager there is very disrespectful and unprofessional at her job

Working together they need to be more organized
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think by having more meetings and being more organized in the store would approve the store
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's only two shopping carts in the store their items all over the place and it looks like a mess
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I believe that they should interview people better not just hire anybody because anybody is not fit to work in retail
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I Believe by hiring a more professional manager will improve the store in all retrospect because the manager that's currently there is disrespectful and unprofessional
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been working with this company for 6 years and I'm still getting paid 12 an hour I should be getting more money because of the fact that I worked for 6 years
