I used to enjoy going to work but once I became an ASM, that's when things started to change. Personally, I don't like the environment I'm in due to the amount of gossip and petty talk that happens there.. it almost feels toxic to be honest.

Everyone is really nice from customers to associates; it almost feels like a family
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers. I like seeing a customer satisfied with the help I provide them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They know what to do in order to better the quality of the store. Very reliable people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was done on the phone, which was convenient and fast. The store manager at the time really sat down and explained a lot to me right before hiring me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. I feel like there's a lot of miscommunication at the Dollar Tree I work at. It's like one manager will say one thing and another one says something completely different. It's very disorganized as well.
