They are very friendly yet .otivated
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees seem to have done very well st msking sure the store has a wide variety products, therefore giving options for all cultures to be able to purchase their preferences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Have not yet been given the opportunity to meet anyone in management beyond my store manager but like I said those that I have gotten a chance to meet have been amazing and truly helpful in an y way ppssible
What did you like most about the interview process?
Even though my interview was during an open interview time slot, I was never treated like a number. The interviewer treated everyone as if she had hand selected each person individually, making everyone feel that they were listened to and appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
My favorite part of the day is watching people walk oit the door with a smile on their face. Life has so many stresses and difficulties; it feels good to know that you may be that one little intety that brightened someone day, making their loves a little bit happier, e en if only for a moment.
