Pay compensate for loyal covid workers and give loyal employees chance at hour instead of hiring more part time people that don't show up anyways

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To get paid atleast minimum wage little own more since I've worked for dollar tree for 7 years not to mention all through covid we don't even get minimum wage and if u call in sick at all they cut your hours even more so sick people do not call in causing pass sickness dollar tree is cruel & unfair
