They biggest benefit is your hours and days of week you choose to work about 75 percent of the time! Trade off for very low pay not a food choice!

Better training and on hands training and stop the turnover and retain your work forces! Training and rewarding those good workers! Managers leave to they train at the tree and then move out fadt fir better pay!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Prices increase and stock is not getting on the floor fast enough ! With low pay already hard to find people they are not great workers and donot last long! Better hiring practices and stop customer theft!
